Margarita Chicken Bacon Casserole

  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 1 Celery diced
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup fresh Basil chopped finely
  • 2 cans Mushroom soup
  • 2 cans Shredded Chicken from costco
  • 1 cup Bacon diced
  • Garlic Salt and Black pepper 5 grinds each

  • 1 cup each Mozz Cheddar white and orange mixture
  • 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
  • Dried Basil

Directions

Mix first 8 ingredients together well until combined. Place in a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350°F for half an hour or until a golden crust forms on the top.
