Margarita Chicken Bacon Casserole

- 1 Carrot, diced
- 1 Celery diced
- 3 Roma Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup fresh Basil chopped finely
- 2 cans Mushroom soup
- 2 cans Shredded Chicken from costco
- 1 cup Bacon diced
- Garlic Salt and Black pepper 5 grinds each
- 1 cup each Mozz Cheddar white and orange mixture
- 1/2 cup Panko crumbs
- Dried Basil
Directions
Mix first 8 ingredients together well until combined. Place in a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350°F for half an hour or until a golden crust forms on the top.
